Q: Is RoseBrides.com free?

Our Basic RoseBrides.com membership is free for men. As a free member you can post a profile, search and indicate interest in other members. Some features such as sending and opening messages are reserved for Premium members only. You can remain a free member for as long as you like.

Q: How do I join RoseBrides.com?

To join go to our homepage and click the Sign Up tab at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the registration form. Please complete the form and choose a username that reflects something about you, is unique to you, or is just easy to remember; also choose a unique password.

At RoseBrides.com you can create a profile, post photos and express interest in members – all for free – and you can stay at the free level for as long as you like. Some features such as sending and opening messages are reserved for Premium members only.

Q: Is it really possible to meet people through RoseBrides.com?

Indeed, we have received hundreds of emails saying “Thank you, I found my match”. In addition, the Testimonials from past members show that it certainly is possible to find someone special from another country or even the other side of the world.

In general, people who are successful in finding relationships on our site are those who take the time to write an interesting profile, post the best photos (the more the better) and stay active. Q: How can I be sure the people on this site are not fake?

Although we work hard to detect fake members and scammers, we cannot guarantee that everyone on our site is genuine. We do not do background checks on members, and we hope you understand that we cannot take responsibility for any losses, damages or suffering arising from your use of this site. Please read our Dating Safe Guide, be careful about giving out your personal information, and do not send money to people you meet on this site. Q: Does RoseBrides.com perform background checks on members?

As stated in our Terms of Use, RoseBrides.com does not conduct background checks on members because there is currently no fail-safe method for detecting potential problems that can be applied across our service platform. Preventing online scams and fraud is a top priority and we do our best to police our site. We review every new profile manually and consider a number of aspects before we approve an individual for membership. For example, we check applicants against our own and public blacklists. However, we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness of our methods and cannot take responsibility for any losses, damages or suffering arising from your use of this site.

Q: Can I see who's looked at my profile?

Yes. Go to the Hotlist section Members Who've Viewed You for instant updates on who has viewed your profile. This feature shows members who have taken the time to look at your profile at least once, not just glanced at it in a search result. (Note: this applies only to your profile; it does not include someone just viewing your photo in search results or general lists).

Q: Do you have a Code of Conduct?

While we do not monitor private messages or police for politeness, we will not tolerate harassment, racial or ethnic slurs, threats or insults. Of course, we also prohibit solicitations, advertisements, spamming and anyone under age 18.

Q: What are email notifications?

We’ll send you an email notification when someone views you, sends you a message, adds you to his or her Hotlist or when a photo request is received. You can also choose to receive weekly matches via email. If you prefer not to receive email notifications, you can disable them by clicking Settings at the top of the page, unchecking the notifications you don't want to receive and clicking “Save Settings”.

Q: What if I don’t want to receive email notifications?

Q: Can I block someone who’s bothering me?

Yes, there are two ways to block a member from communicating with you:

  1. Click “X” at the top right of the member’s photo in Search results or another listing.
  2. Open a message from the member and click “Block Sender” on the right above the message.
Q: What is the difference between entering as a guest and entering as a member?

Our membership system enables us to keep data files of your profile and other information such as your "Hotlist". Guests can only browse the profiles on our site; to post a profile and use the communication and other features, you must become a member.

Q: How I can remove my account and profile from RoseBrides.com?

You can deactivate or delete your RoseBrides.com account at any time by going to Account and clicking on Delete or Deactivate Account.


Delete Account: This option deletes your account and all profile information, photos and messages. If you delete your account, you cannot simply turn it on again in the future. To come back you would have to re-register and complete a profile again.

Deactivate Account: This option suspends your membership and hides your profile and photos for as long as you like.  If you decide to become active again, simply login and press “Activate Account”.
