Tall, kind, and quick-witted Texan, who fell in love with the Pacific Northwest the first time I laid eyes on it. Former biotech lawyer with doctorate in biomedical science. After the ups and downs of an accomplished career, I find myself drawn toward finding a good woman to build a family with. I grew up in the Southern USA, but my favorite parts of this beautiful planet are the PNW and Iceland.
Luckily I’ve achieved all the status I could want in life. So I’ve met my ego needs, and can focus on building a life around an intelligent and caring woman, who would like to have a devoted husband and children of our own.
I definitely want to find someone who wants kids, so I can pass on all the love my own dad glowed with, till he ran out of summers. One might say my inner papa finally came online; fortunately, I had a magnificent example of what makes for a good husband and strong father. I still miss my own dad, so when I notice ways I’m like him, it makes me happy.

I’m an active vegan in very good health. In addition to being a man of great sensitivity and understanding. I am naturally affectionate and am drawn to the same. I’ve had relationships with both sexes and was married to a tall guy from Texas; I have no need to minimize or advertise that fact; in any event, I am committed to monogamy.
(Oh, just a tip if I’ve caught your interest: sharp tongues repel me. Conflict is natural, and can be handled skillfully. I’m open to constructive dialogue when anyone feels upset, which is a normal part of life.)
