I’m an easygoing, curious, and down-to-earth guy with a big love for history, storytelling, and sports. I’m a retired teacher who still has a natural gift for explaining things and making people laugh. I’ve got a creative side—I write books, give presentations, and even dream up new projects for my community. At the same time, I’m grounded: I enjoy long walks with my dog Jack, exploring new places, and good conversations that actually go somewhere.
Personality-wise, I’m thoughtful, loyal, and straightforward. I have a strong sense of right and wrong, and I’ve been through enough in life to appreciate honesty and kindness above all else. I’m adventurous when it comes to travel (lakes, national parks, and international trips are my style), but I also love the simple joys—watching a game, grabbing a bite in town, or just sitting outside on a nice day.
If you’re someone who values humor, resilience, and meaningful connection, I think we’d get along really well.
