I am a relaxed personality with an adventurous streak. I am a healthy person. I eat healthy and exercise regularly to stay in good shape. I enjoy traveling to see new places and learn about other people. I enjoy going to the movie, going to the theater and concerts. I like to watch foreign movies and murder mysteries. I enjoy both swimming and boating at the beach and hiking in the mountains. I like to ski and snow board in the winter. I enjoy nature and even occasionally some light gardening. I like to have fun and try to stay young at heart. I sometimes think I was born a half generation too early. I have a large dog (135 lbs.). He is a Black Russian Terrier. I am a talker. I love to discuss ideas and events. I am a talker but think it is important to be comfortable with periods of silence. I can be elegant and classy but most of the time opt for casual and sporty. I am probably a study in contradictions and this can sometimes be confusing if you are expecting a stereotype. I can be intense but laid back, elegant but casual, serious but prone to silly humor, spiritual but not religious, optimistically naive but cynical, dull but fascinating, stern but generous, I find bitter sweet humor in irony, I’m serious but I don’t take myself too seriously.......;-) . While I don’t “believe” in astrology, I am a libra and so it may be that I swing back and forth across a continuum always seeking a delicate balance. I may not be rich but I’m rich in personality!

I am interested in meeting an educated, intelligent and adventurous woman who is curious about life. I am not in a rush. The most profound and lasting love comes over time as true friendship ripens.
