-Thinking is mostly counterproductive. “Being”, in presence, is the fountain of youth and vibrancy.
-Travel. It’s the most priceless treasure you’ll ever obtain.
-Live and let live. Love and let love. As soon as you become judge or jury, you become both the perpetrator and the victim.
-Smile. A lot. It relieves tension, keeps the face young, keeps the soul young, and it’s contagious.
