People say if I was any more relaxed I would be asleep. I find that life throws a lot of stuff at you and you can either let it break you, or you find a way to work through it. So, with that, I try to avoid worrying about things that are out of my control, and those I can control - I plan and prepare for a worst case scenario and then remove it from my mind.
