我眼中的自己

I was born into a working-class family in the UK and shared a 15ft x 15ft bedroom with my mum, dad and sister. At night I used to fall asleep listening to the clicking of mum's knitting needles as she sat up in bed smoking, making sweaters, gloves, hats, socks for us all and selling some to make extra money. I woke up to my dad (another lifelong smoker) coughing up blood into the toilet in the bathroom, too afraid to go to a Doctor as we needed his paycheck to survive.

Faith, family and friends were all we had. You were honest and your word was your bond. You never took anything or ANYONE for granted, something that is part of me.

It was the aftermath of WWII. Perspectives were different, values were different. Women were men's equals; they were treated with respect and not just some object to be used and f**ked. Sorry if my language offends you. But to me there is an enormous difference between "f**king" and using someone and "making love" to someone because you want to make them happy.

I am also
- Empathetic .. I am measured by many tests to have high empathetic functionality .. which means I am also susceptible and have to be really vigilant for scammers with their sob stories who are just after my money :-(
- Intelligent .. I have an IQ that is measured in the genius category and am measured by tests such as Watson Glassier to be measured in the top 5% of US Executives in problem solving and critical thinking. Although given the leadership we have currently in the White House and Government at the moment this may be a VERY LOW bar to beat :-)
- An avid reader and lifelong learner, I have numerous diverse interests including Spirituality, Tantra (have you ever had a spiritual connection with one of your partners?), Improving Health Expectancy (nutrition, exercise, diet, meditation), Relationships, Entrepreneurship, IT and cooking

我理想的对象

What I find interesting is when we try to communicate, we all use words (me included) like, "friend", "love", "God". All of these have different meanings based on context and past experiences and beliefs.

I am looking for an open, honest, loving friendship that is fun and where we want to help each other achieve our dreams.
