About Me
When I was growing up, most young men defined themselves by their occupations, I wanted to be a husband and a father first and foremost, and only secondarily a designer and builder; family has always my highest priority. Today, I am a father of two grown sons, and a Director of Facilities in Higher Education. I live in America's agricultural heartland, so everything is driven by the four seasons.
My friends describe me as loyal to a fault, as I value people and their friendships. I'm very domestic: a good builder, gardener, cook and artisan baker who has always pursued skills necessary to provide for his family. I'm a gentle man, not just a gentleman; not angry or short tempered, but patient, understanding, kind, and thoughtful. I'm romantic, but prefer to be publicly modest and privately playful.
I see life as an adventure and the role of the husband and father to build happy memories into the lives of his family.
