Hello! I’m a 46-year-old fitness and running instructor, originally from New Zealand, now living in Israel. Life has been an incredible journey for me so far—I'm a proud father of three amazing daughters and someone who believes in living each day with purpose, passion, and presence.
I’m a quiet yet strong and deeply focused man. I love to stay active—whether it’s running, swimming, martial arts, or practicing yoga and meditation. I'm also very open-minded and love discovering new experiences and cultures. Though I enjoy being on the move, I also value peaceful moments at home, enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
Spiritually, I am Jewish and consider myself a conscious and soulful person. I believe in kindness, loyalty, and always striving to be better. I'm very passionate—both in life and in love—and always try to see the silver lining in every situation.
