I am a 58-year-old attorney from North Carolina with 30 years of legal experience. I maintain a successful law practice with my own office and staff. I represent high-profile clients including businessmen, judges, and other lawyers. When I am working, I shift into a different gear — focused and intense — and I often have classical music playing, primarily Bach and Beethoven. I also have a private library at home where I sometimes work.
Outside of work, I am a disciplined martial artist. I train in Wing Chun Kung Fu for two and a half to three hours every single day. I am extremely well-read, stay current on world events, and have a quick, dry wit that tends to make me the life of the party.
Music has always been a big part of my life. Since high school I have played electric guitar and bass. At home I turn up my sound system and play full concerts of 80s hair bands and 70s classic rock — favorites include Kiss, Mötley Crüe, Ratt, Winger, Foreigner, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the Rolling Stones. Modern music simply doesn’t move me.
