I am a very conscious person. I have been alone almost 20 years now waiting for my partner. I'm quiet and thoughtful. I know other men refer to me with deference, but I never identified as male. I have always been a peaceful person regardless of what's going on. I was a poet in my teens and twenties, but I never tried to make money from it. I just one a bunch of awards in college for it. I recently found out I have been a practicing Buddhist my whole life. It was startling.
