My name is Dr. Ronald Erm.
Thank you for reading a little about who I consider to be who I am and why I’m here.
I am a driven individual that is always seeking to learn new things and experience a world wide culture. Love to communicate with others nationally and internationally. I consider myself a man with high ethics, values, with deep roots in the biblical scriptures of the role of a high value man.
I come from a family of patriots, religious leaders and people dedicated to serve others, therefore I have dedicated my life to the betterment of others to change lives, their living situations, and providing opportunities to bring joy and education to people that need just a positive encouragement to succeed.
I served in the military oversees, studied abroad, learned to speak, read and write Spanish while doing missions in South America. Obtain my bachelors degree, advanced certification and professional degree in addition to my Masters degree in Texas. I am currently pursuing a PhD in educational leadership and
I am currently learning Ukrainian and Japanese since I am planing a trip to Europe and Asia in the near future.
I consider loyalty, faithfulness, care, loving kindness, respect, open communication, and overall passion and committed intimacy as the core value of a true and lasting relationship in a partner for life.

Soy una persona motivada que siempre busca aprender cosas nuevas y experimentar una cultura global. Me encanta comunicarme con otros a nivel nacional e internacional. Me considero un hombre con una ética y valores elevados, con profundas raíces en las escrituras bíblicas sobre el rol de un hombre de alto valor.
Vengo de una familia de patriotas, líderes religiosos y personas dedicadas al servicio al prójimo. Por lo tanto, he dedicado mi vida a mejorar la vida de otros, a transformar sus condiciones de vida y a brindar oportunidades para brindar alegría y educación a quienes solo necesitan un estímulo positivo para triunfar.
Serví en las fuerzas armadas en el extranjero, estudié en el extranjero y aprendí a hablar, leer y escribir español mientras realizaba misiones en Sudamérica. Obtuve mi licenciatura, certificación avanzada y título profesional, además de mi maestría en Texas. Actualmente estoy cursando un doctorado en liderazgo educativo y estoy aprendiendo ucraniano y japonés, ya que planeo un viaje a Europa y Asia próximamente.
